Olympians Swimming has two travel policies: one for Team Travel Policy and one for Individual Travel Policy. The Team Travel policy applies when the Organization arranges transportation and accommodation for athletes traveling to events. In this case, the Organization will send a form to members to determine whether the swimmer will travel with the team or individually. The Individual Travel policy applies when members and their families are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation and accommodations. Both policies outline the responsibilities of swimmers, parents, coaches, and chaperones to ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants.
