New Swimmer Assessments

Start here! All new swimmers to Olympians Swimming must be assessed. This is a crucial first step for all new swimmers and their families, designed to ensure a smooth and successful entry into our club. The assessments help us accurately place each swimmer in the most suitable group based on their age, skill, and commitment level.

Please read the following information carefully.

  • Minimum Standards: For safety reasons, all registrants MUST meet the minimum standards for the assessment. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water, able to swim with their face in the water, and capable of completing a minimum of 25 meters unassisted.

  • Assessment Removal: Any swimmer who does not meet these minimum safety standards will be removed from the assessment session.

  • Non-Refundable Fee: The registration fee of $20.00 is non-refundable.

All registration and payment must be completed online through the Olympians Swimming website prior to the session. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No registrations or payments will be accepted at the pool.

We ask that all swimmers arrive to the pool approximately 15 minutes before the start of the session and check-in with the tryout deck manager.
