OUR STAFF & COACHES

Serving the communities of Burnaby, Langley, and Abbotsford, our staff brings together a diverse range of expertise. Our coaches are NCCP and Safe Sport certified, trained to provide swimming programs that are age-appropriate and focused on the technical, physical, and mental evolution of the swimmer. Our approach is guided by the "Law of the Harvest"—the principle that success is the direct result of disciplined, purposeful effort over time.

Our staff is passionate about fostering a culture of resilience and technical discipline. Whether guiding a swimmer toward their first provincial qualification or preparing an athlete for post-secondary and international opportunities, our coaches are dedicated to helping every individual reach their full potential in and out of the water.

ADMINISTRATION

Our administrative team ensures the professional management and growth of our club, providing the organizational support that allows our athletes and coaches to focus on excellence in the water.

DRYLAND COACHES

Integrated into our aquatic programming, our Strength and Conditioning team focuses on building the athletic foundation, power, and physical resilience necessary for long-term injury prevention and peak performance.

SWIM COACHES

Our swimming coaches are committed to ensuring that every athlete, regardless of age or level, receives consistent, high-standard instruction rooted in the Long-Term Athlete Development.
