Our specialized camp, Inside the Rings: Turns Tune-up, is dedicated entirely to mastering the elements that happen off the wall and underwater. This program will give swimmers the technical tools and focused practice necessary to turn their walls and underwaters into the fastest part of every race. The session will be broken into 30 minutes of on deck learning and demonstration along with 45 minutes of in water practice. We hope to see you there!
