For Silver and Gold level swimmers who want to strengthen their understanding of the butterfly and improve their overall ability. This clinic will cover the butterfly kick, technique drills, and how to apply these skills to the full stroke. Swimmers will receive video feedback along with coach demonstrations and instruction to help them develop a stronger, more efficient butterfly.
